Australian International Animation Festival

The Australian International Animation Festival is coming up very soon where the world’s finest animation from more than 2,000 films will be screened. This non profit event bring the world greatest animation to Wagga Wagga on the 13th, 14th and 15th of May. A three day pass only costs $35, I will definitely be there enjoying this wonderful opportunity and hope you come along too.

Royal Wedding

So the Royal Wedding took place last night, I watched it with a few friends, it was so beautiful and so many people turned up to watch. There were nearly 2000 official guests invited and the security alone cost $35 million.

Easter was yesterday! My favorite holiday, yes I am very much a chocoholic :P
I hope everyone had a very happy Easter and ate lots of chocolate :) I know I did...

Today I had a go at making a web page using HTML and notepad. I used this site W3Schools Online Web Tutorials to help me and it was extremely useful :D

MPI 104 ASSESSMENT #1

Ok so I will just summarise what I have accomplished in MPI104 to date.

First we made a Gmail account, played around with the settings subscribed to a calender etc.We then later used this account to sign up for all the other accounts such as Flickr.

Blogger

Number of posts: I have currently made seven posts on my blog (including this one)

Aesthetics: I have played around with many of the templates that are on offer. I did decide to use one but I changed the colour to my favourite, purple, and changed the font just to be a bit different.

Holidays!

So tomorrow is the last day of term, the past six weeks have gone way too fast! I have enjoyed uni life so far and think I have really settled in well.

 I am actually really looking forward to getting home though, I cant wait to sleep in my queen size bed (I have missed it so much), see my kitty cats again, play my PS3 and of course see family.

My next 2 weeks will be rather busy though as I am going to Melbourne for three days, going to see Good Charlotte :D, helping to organise my mums 50th and also trying to get done uni work such as the essay and tutorial for VIS and the VPA assesment.

I hope everyone has a fun and safe break and I will see you when we return :)

I set up and used this Delicious account for the first time today and it seems to be a very useful website :)

I created  this Flickr account today in mpi 104.  Even though I don't really know how to use it yet it looks pretty good :)

Funny Stuff...

Ok so today one of my friends showed me this guy on YouTube (tobuscus) who writes humorous songs/words to go with trailers for various movies and games.

I thought it deserved a post as he did manage to make me LOL :P

My favorite was this Brotherhood one
But if you don't play games you might prefer this Harry Potter one
